Regulator for Carbie

Author's Comments:
Gives your Carbuncle summon a Soul Regulator.
Why? Science.
You monster.
(Joke mod that I made at the 'request' of a discord chat)
Should work with most recolor mods for the Carbuncle (as it does not touch the main texture files), but probably will not work with anything that adjusts the model itself.
