Replaces Tail 1 Fem Miqo'te.

More so a proof of concept than an actual proper execution. Just a raw port of Jane Doe's ears and tail with just a minor edit to the ears so they weren't so unnoticeable in most hairs.

It has many issues since I tried my best to fix the weights on it to no avail. A lot of scrunklege around the tip of the tail. It will also clip into the floor with some idles due to its length. Posing with it is kinda a nightmare. Just fine for the most part while playing though.
