A TBSE-X+Q upscale of Tsar's Renaissance Pirate!
Works for both Midlander-based races and Highlander
2.0 Update;
Was one of the very first upscales I ever did, and wanted to tackle this with the knowledge I have now. The older version (TBSE-Q) is still included in the modpack, but I've decided to completely redo it and add TBSE-X compatibility. (Works for both Midlander + Highlanders)
