Author's Comments:
A plain summer dress, with an optional cardigan toggle for the cooler months. ^-^ The dress is dye channel 1, and the cardigan is on 2, but the elastic waistband has it's own row so you can use Penumbra to change it separately if you desire.
This is my first mod in months, and re learning all the new shader/colourset details for Dawntrail, so it might have some issues? It will clip with larger customise scalings, and I haven't tested it on all the races, so I apologise in advance for any potential problems.
