Author's Comments:

Fixes an issue with the female version of the (Weathered) Soothsayer's Chiton where the chains have a 'glitchy' appearance ingame due to a mismatch on the normal texture. A comparison in TexTools can be found in the links tab. This is a texture edit and is therefore compatible with all 3D-only edits.
