Author's Comments:

- Update 2.0: changed animation to /wringhands, object to the Emperor's New Earrings and applied a graphics update.

Raise your captives up on high for all to see.

Replaces /wringhands and The Emperor's new Earrings.

The post reaches quite far into the ground, so feel free to go a little ham with Heels or your favourite posing tool!

Supports all races, barring Lalafell and male Roegadyn or Hrothgar.
