Face 2 Horns for Face 1 Au Ra

Author's Comments:
Replaces the horns of face 1 femra with face 2 horns. Works with both Raen and Xaela. Since the horns use FAC C as a new, separate material, they should be easily portable to other scales if you replace the vanilla textures used by FAC C with those provided by your scales mod.
