Elf ears for our fellow Crab Ra!
DT port of Miette's Elf Ears resource to face 3 femra (Raen + Xaela). Works with vanilla scales, custom scales and scaleless Au Ra but requires a higher priority than such mods. The ears use FAC B as a new, separate material where all ear textures are located.
