This was another learning exercise in "How to make one thing appear on another thing".

A simple chop-shop of the Felicitous Tunic to isolate the cape, and then have it assigned to a neck item. Mix and match the cape to your hearts content, so long as that contentment isn't dependent on not clipping because it sure will.

All F-Talls. Sorry Lalas, I don't know how to package for Shorts yet, or if that has to be its own separate thing.
