Muse+ Neo-Ishgardian Top of Aiming

Kydeimos for Muse+

Author's Comments:

This is the male version of Neo-Ishgardian Top of Aiming, ported/upscaled over to the female body. Though I technically used Muse+ body when fitting, it doesn't actually use any assets from any mods, so can be used with vanilla body as well.

Only for tall females.

Feel free to port, edit, fix any mistakes, etc.
