Equippable skirt from Miette's Peacock's Prance set on a ring so you can mix & match it with different pieces.

Was made with tall males in mind as it's on a ring, but actually fits all races decently well. There is some clipping on females that varies with race & body shape, and on male Roe/Hrothgar.
