Recent changes for Anam and Brio have caused posing to work a bit different so:

If you use Anam: Make sure you load up the expression (if you want the same) first since there was some positioning added to the left forearm AND THEN you load the body for the pose.

If you use Brio: First import as body and then expression, if you get a weird face you will need to disable positioning.

Other than that, please enjoy this pose was hard to make.
