C+ Scaling for Female Elezen

This is a C+ scaling mod that I've tested on a vanilla body as well as Bibo+ and YAB.

You must copy and paste the text string into Customize+ to use this scaling as it uses positions as well as scaling. To do this, COPY THE TEXT FROM THE FILE PROVIDED, then open C+. On the bottom left of the window, choose "Try to Import a template from your clipboard."

Known issue: Emotes with arms up such as /wave have a minor folding look that is noticeable when the skin is bare.
