titanfirm for the original mod

Author's Comments:

A finished request which converts the Garter Belt from Tight&Firm Lingerie Set "B" to the Bubble Bottom Legs. Besides the rescale the textures on the straps have been made double sided. This requires the original mod to be installed first and was released as a standalone for ease of updating.
