Mashup using Quaintrelle's Ruffled Skirt, and No.2 Type B Leggings.
I couldn't find many miniskirts for men at a glance, and especially not ones that show there's something in those panties... so I made my own :B
First mod I'm sharing that isn't just an upscale/port... Anyways do contact me if there are any glaring bugs
(Marked as adult content coz of. The vibes. And I wasn't sure so better play it safe.)
Available in TBSE and TBSE-X sizes (ass and thighs)
Dual dyes compatible, first channel combines the skirt's two into one, and the second channel is for the panties.
UPDATE: Oops there was an attribute mishap, and the knee area disappeared when wearing mid-length boots... should be fixed now!
