Neo Kingdom Knuckles With Sleeves

Version: 1.0

Reverts a metadata change that Square Enix fixed in 7.1

In 7.0 the Neo Kingdom Knuckles didn't hide sleeves, and I quite liked that on some outfits. And then they changed that, and I had to change said outfits until I figured out how to alter metadata when I started making outfit mods.
There's some clipping involved with the skin that's not supposed to covered by sleeves; but honestly, I'll take it over hiding the sleeves on some of my favorite outfits.

If you post with #DragonessMods I'd love to see y'all enjoying my work!
