Ochinchin Medium for SBTL

Lunar Eclipse and chibilordcthulhu for SBTL
chained coffin - mii for Ochinchin-Kun

This was a personal port a did a while ago while trying to figure out my WoL's peenor situation. I didn't stick with it but thought others would enjoy it because Ochinchin is a really nice model and I don't think X should get to have all the fun. Unfortunately, because X legs and peenie weenie models are merged into one, I had to perform surgery to separate them and there is a slight seam because of that. The surgery is also why I did not also port the small and large sizes as well.

IVCS compatibility coming soon
