Short Bow for Songbird Jacket (vanilla gear edit)

Do you ever put together a cute new glam, show up to raid night in it, discover you can't see your feet, and kill one of your healers?

Anyway, sorry again, A., this one's for you.

Removes the long trailing bow tails from the Songbird Jacket and squashes the ruffles over the butt down a little so they aren't floating awkwardly over where the bow tails used to be. The short bow at the waist is still there, as are the ruffles and the gold chain, but now all of the extra accessories in the back are confined to above the hem of the miniskirt, to help minimize the number of "there ARE lines on the floor but I can't see them :(" incidents.

Honestly I just made this for myself, which is why it's only for F talls, but I figured I'd share it just in case anyone else was having similar issues, or just wanted a more streamlined version of the jacket.
