My personal Type W devkit I've been working with for awhile, now available as a public resource. This is by no means an official one, but something I made to make my workflow easier.
Devkit contains a full-body mannequin, mannequin with a skirt to be used for skirt weighting, animation path, and loose FBXs organized in their respective folders. Full-body mannequin and chest FBX also contain shapekeys for heels and for Type W Non-OP for easier re-fitting.
