Panda face pattern/makeup/decal for all races. Replaces the skull face paint with panda eye patterns
Includes .pmp and the image itself
Should work for all, I've mostly only tested it on my femhroth but it's a makeup decal soooo
If you want it on something other than 29 just copy this path and change the number to something else:
chara/common/texture/decal_face/_decal_29.tex
Go to Advanced Editing > File Redirections > Change the path > click Apply Changes > Redraw
