Queen of Hourne Bliaud: Collar Refine

Author's Comments:

I've always found the metal collar of this outfit quite odd, and I finally decided to tweak it. So, this Mod doesn’t include any body types like Bibo+—it simply removes the large, inexplicable metal decoration around the neck of the original outfit. (I bet there are others out there who feel the same frustration as I do, right?)
