Happy April Fools

Adds a Fat Chocobo vfx summon to Joy Emote. It just keeps growing, does not go away on its own. WHY DIDN'T WE STOP FEEDING IT. Many different mod options

Preview: https://youtu.be/tPoL0JU-fvs

Penumbra redraw or mounting clears summons.
