[Loti] Pixie/Fae Scaling

Me. I made it :3

I made this for my own OC, then someone asked how I made a tiny a pixie, then someone else wanted to make a pixie, then someone ELSE wante- you get the point.

This should be compatible with all races and genders. MINUS lalafell, too tiny!

EDIT: So, the scaling only works for races set to min height. If you want to make an adjustment or add max height character settings (aka you turn on the mod and nothing happens), go to the mod, then

>> Advance Settings>>Meta Manipulations>>Racial Scaling>>Add New Adjustment at the top of the dropdown. You will need to copy and paste the numbers for pixie sizing over from the other scaling options present. Super duper simple.

I DID ADD SOME OPTIONS FOR SOME MAX HEIGHT CHARACTERS only because I kept giving it out to friends and they noted it wasn't working proper. Ope. It has been updated
