Blue Mage VFX changes #1

Version: 1.0

[ Public Mod Permalink ]

AI Usage: None

Author's Comments:

Replaces most primal spells, and other simple spells like self-destruct, Phantom Flurry, and the ram's and dragons voice. Honestly Kinda did this on a whim but I plan on steadily replacing most BLU spells when I get the time.
