enables the pvp marksman's spite markers on limited effects settings, because this is stupid , moronic, and something that squenix once again has totally overlooked. this literally took 5 seconds. they couldve just spent 5 seconds.
NEEDS TO GO IN DEFAULT OR COLLECTIONS THAT AFFECT OTHER PCS.
This will remain safe to use unless they change one of the tmb's settings, but I'll update it if that ever happens.
