Just a simple little test that I thought looked good so I turned it into a proper effect. This uses the facewear slot to give a proper starry sparkle around the face!
Applies to the default and black variant of the Thick-rimmed Glasses and the Under-rimmed Glasses. The Thick-rimmed Glasses also has a model swap to make them invisible.
