Job Application Form (weapon)

Declined.

This is a shitpost weapon replacer for summoner book Abraxas, I added two versions to the zip so you have empty form too.

If you know just a little bit about replacing textures you can easily replace the form with any document/picture you like. It is DIFFUSE layer on material B and the unwrap makes it kind of obvious where on the picture you can just paste something over in photoshop or you can fill the form for your personal memery.
