Thavnairian High Sandals

Adds the leg wrappings from the Thavnairian Tights onto the sandals and changes them to dye to match. For all races and genders.

They're treated as tall boots, so they will hide leg gear below them and replace it with skin. This is intentional to prevent some very weird clipping issues, but it does mean they look bad with tights or pants. Best worn with short shorts, skirts, or swimwear/underwear. Not compatible with any body mods that change the shape of the thighs from vanilla.

Known issues: There's a shadow on the leg above where the "boots" fall with some shorts and I can't figure out why. If I can figure it out and solve it I'll upload a fix!
