Bouncer's Belted Dress - Otopop

Thank you to Ulli for Otopop and the base conversion of the Socialite Dress

An edit of the Far Eastern Socialite's dress that shortens it and adds some straps from the Bouncer's Holster Vest and the Cropped Belt-leather Slops. Did my best to edit out the original flower textures on the dress.

There's toggles for the straps and a wider leg option since it clips into like everything but the bare leg and the converted 2B tights (recommended).

Works on M!Lalafell but I didn't do anything to the base shape, it's just the same.
