My upscale of Mork's port of Crimson Feather for TBSE Echo 3.0

The headpiece and necklace did not need adjusting so those can be grabbed from the original port. This is my first time working with something so complex. I'm sure I missed clipping somewhere I couldn't see.
Please let me know of any clipping or other issues that I may have missed.
Edit: Fixed an issue with the weights on a part of the skirt, it should move with the rest of it now :/
