Flare Starglobe

Author's Comments:

Why use a star map, when you can hold your own (very unstable) star on the palm of your hand?

Turns the astrologian starglobe into a flare star with cards orbiting.
Includes a toggle for the astral fire/umbral ice orbiters.

The vfx remains active when holstered, so I recommend hiding your sheathed weapon.
