Author's Comments:
TBSE-H version of the release I did a bit ago.
-There will be clipping on the sides of the jacket where the sleeves will move into the body of the jacket. The jacket will also clip into the sides of the body in certain poses. Not too sure if that's fixable or not. I'll poke at it some more but generally works fine
-There may be other instances of clipping in more extreme poses/animations
-Toggles for only the jacket and necklace or jacket solo included
-Jacket is also on a ring
Enjoy!
