I used Sunbear TBSE port as base.
Contains a non IVCS version and IVCS, and both have either a flat option or one that gives room for crotch.
Character in picture uses C+
Drive also contains a more "revealing" version, where nipples are visible.
For the IVCS version it's preferable to either use it without underwear, or with TBSE-X clothing, non-ivcs can be matched with any I think
