An edit of Hien's patch 7.3 updated head to fit the vanilla midlander neck.
This was my first time working with neck seams so it's not perfect. There's a very light seam visible closer to the back of the neck in some lighting. It's mostly hidden by his hair.
His shoulder scar is attached to his face model and will float above some tops with sleeves, so I added a version without the scar. This mod will leave a neck gap in his default outfit.
I tested it on a few TBSE bodies and it should look fine for any versions with the same neck width as vanilla.
Assets belong to SE so feel free to edit/use this however you want.
