My take on a simple industrial studio apartment. Items were used to fill up the spaces on tables, shelves, etc. but are optional to use.

194/200 furniture slots used. Includes retainer bell and orchestrion player. Build is compatible with Lavender Beds, Mist, Shirogane, Empyreum and Minimalist. Some minor clipping in the closet area for Goblet. Re:Makeplace must be used to apply the design in FF14.
