Sero's Spell Pack (NIN)

I started leveling ninja and was very disappointed with the sound effects the abilities had, so I made some different ones. The point of this mod is to make the ninjutsu abilities feel more potent and recognizable from the others. EX: Raiton and Raijus sound like crackling lightning/thunder, and Katon/Mekkyaku have a deep rumbling fire sound. This mod does not change any other aspects of the actions besides the sound.
