Author's Comments:

Version 2.0 of the High Allagan Pantaloons of Healing (and Prestige versions for Healing and Scouting). Does not need a Gen3 skin to work (though is based around my RT bodies which uses Gen3 skins).

Leg Sizes (in BOTH NormalLeg and ThiccerLeg sizes for RT legs):
TF3 Large
RT-Plump
RT-Mega
RT-Dayum
RT-Ultra

Please don't message requests for different sizes/variations.
Feel free to edit/port/scale to preference.
