It's just an upscale of peak (Uraeus Coat), includes an option to enable or disable the necklace.
This is my first time using IVCS so it's expected to have so slight clipping with extreme poses or settings. Which can be easily fixed after.

UPDATE OCTOBER 16TH:
I fixed an issue related to long gloves, now it no longers clips with a back part. Also providing a separated link for a non-IVCS version for the ones who wanted it, Thanks to GelJock for noticing it and requesting! nwn)7
