better horns and features scales for Rutabegas Scales

wootabega for her awesome scales mod (everything except horn and feature scales are her original ones)

WIP! I have redrawn the horns and feature scales only, the rest is from the original ruta's scale mod. This mod is a sideproduct from another mod i'm working on. I felt sharing, cause they look better and more detailed than the vanilla scales at least imo, even though they arn't finished. Loose files will be included in the final release.

Feedback is welcome 😃 Enjoy!
