Author's Comments:
A burning Azem sigil halo, with three sizes. Now including a toggle to enable .sparrows's Wayfarer's Remembrance Azem necklace! Halo and necklace works for all races and genders.
V1.1 - Fixed a bug that caused the halo to no longer appear after the necklace was toggled on and then off again.
