There was only one mod that did this and it didn't work for me or anyone else I got to try it, so I remade it (with help to find the damn thing in TT). Forecast says clear skies ahead in Kugane. Very cool.
1) Put this in your default collection.
2) Leave the area and come back for it to disappear, it won't do it while you're still around.
