Sorceress's Thavnairian Bustier

Author's Comments:
Changes the feathers on the Thavnairian Bustier to match the ones on the Scion Sorceress's Headdress. There are two color variants on the big gem on the chest--a violet one that matches the earring gems on the headdress (as best I could with the different options between them) and a teal one that goes with the feathers as a unified accent color.
Only for F models since the headpiece it's made to go with isn't available for M models in vanilla, but it should be a pretty easy swap if you want to make it.
Should work with upscales, just set as a higher priority in Penumbra. Almost certainly won't work with mashups, and definitely won't work with anything that converts the bustier to DT shaders.
