[Gen3] Alexandrian Coat of Casting/Scouting -RiderTHiCC Edit (RT-G/Mega upscale only)

A piece of glam I wanted to upscale a long time ago, this is the Alexandrian Coat of Casting & Scouting RT Edit, with upscale only to RT-G/Mega clearance. Edited to remove majority of the metal parts and bits, as well as the undershirt.
Necklaces can be shown with coat.

Affects: Alexandrian Coat of Casting & Scouting, as well as Prototype versions.
Optional texture upscales done by Real-ESRGAN-GUI.
Optional 2-dye channels enabled (second dye for normal versions, both dye slots for Prototype versions), usable only in plugins like Glamourer.

Please don't message requests for different sizes/variations. Feel free to edit/port/scale to preference.
