Expeditioner's Pantalettes No Straps

Author's Comments:

Removes the straps on the expeditioner's pantalettes using a texture edit because the version on nexus completely breaks for me in game. This means it also affects lalafells as well. I left the ankle strap because I like it, lemme know if anyone wants it removed!
