I made this pillow off this Xeno body pillow and I don't know the original creator either.

If you need help with a diffuse on the gear item, let me know. A simple diffuse change should do it though and there's plenty of tutorials out there. Either that or just use it as a boudoir set.
This was done a min height f miqo, vanilla face. You will need to activate position as well when importing for the expression but it'll do some weird shit to your body too. It won't work on every race without adjustments. The shoulders are kinda fucky but...I think that's just FFXIV posing. Who knows. I tried my best.
