ABTL Ghel Upscale by BlueStar (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/158157)

Author's Comments:

Upscale of Miette's Ghel to SBTL. Included toggles for the metal parts, chest fabric and shoulderpad.

I only added the toggles and resized the chest, massive shoutout to BlueStar for doing all the hard work upscaling the other parts.

Updated to fix the massive gap on the back
