Oni broader and more shapely scale for Muse+ (and other bodies)

Author's Comments:

This scale is designed for Muse+ bodies, but should also work well with vanilla female and slim body mods.
On female Elezen and Roegadyn, expect noticeably broader shoulders.

The goal of this scale is to remain playable while staying close to vanilla proportions. It minimizes clipping and holds up well in Gpose.
