This is the second in my Realism Series. I didn't think about this design, you can thank Lady Yumyum https://www.xivmodarchive.com/user/583846 . I had a blast making this variant!
There is both a pmp file and loose files in a zip. So if you wanted to apply the scales to other races like Viera, I have cutouts of just the diffuse. You will have to go to BBM's page for the normals/alphas. https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/121137
Also you can use the cutouts to 'sandwich' a tattoo in between the scales and skin diffuse.
