Tested on Miqote and Au'ra. The fingers will need to be adjusted depending on the weapon being used. It should be enough to just tweak the X axis of the L1 or R1 of each.
The weapon rotations are included. However you'll need to reposition the weapons in position mode.
The values that worked for me were:
(R) Y = 1.22
(L) Y = 0.8
Not sure if that'll vary depending on race/gender.
