in end it is Janky mainly following head but I wanted a scarf that flows
I won't correct this unless I find an better means of making a flowing cape :3

won't work for Female Hrothgar or Male Viera since they do not have the skeleton settings as normal races J:

but will work for female bunny and rothgar male :J
